Mnemply is operated by Intertag Pty Ltd (ABN 64 090 761 363) in Queensland, Australia.
This Privacy Policy explains how Intertag Pty Ltd, trading as Mnemply, collects, holds, uses and discloses personal information when you:
- visit a Mnemply website;
- create a Mnemply or Foundation account;
- access a Mnemply course, lesson, game or activity;
- contact us;
- participate in a pilot, survey or feedback activity; or
- otherwise interact with Mnemply.
In this policy, “Mnemply”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Intertag Pty Ltd.
2. Who the service is for
Mnemply provides educational resources for families, including children approximately 5–12 years old.
A parent, guardian or other responsible adult should create and manage the account used to access the Foundation Program.
Children should not independently provide their full name, email address, home address, school, photographs, recordings or other personal information to Mnemply without the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian.
3. Personal information we may collect
Depending on how you use Mnemply, we may collect:
Account and contact information
- a parent or carer’s first name;
- email address;
- account login information;
- password-related account data managed by our course platform; and
- communications you send to us.
Mnemply does not state that it can see or retrieve a user’s password. Passwords are handled through the platform’s authentication system.
Course and activity information
We may collect information about:
- course enrolment;
- lessons opened or completed;
- progress through Foundation;
- quiz, game or activity interactions;
- dates and times of access; and
- feedback supplied by parents, carers or participating families.
Technical information
When you use the website or course platform, technical information may be collected automatically, such as:

- pages viewed;

Information about children
Mnemply does not require a child to create the public Foundation signup using the child’s own email address.

Parents and carers should avoid sending information that is unnecessary, highly sensitive or capable of directly identifying a child.

9. Systeme.io and other providers
The Mnemply Foundation Program currently uses Systeme.io to help manage:
- signup forms;
- contacts;
- course enrolment;
- account access;
- password setup;
- course delivery; and
- related emails.
Information entered into Foundation forms or generated through use of the course may therefore be processed by Systeme.io on our behalf.

Other service providers may be added or changed as Mnemply develops.
10. Overseas storage and processing
Mnemply uses technology and service providers that may store or process information outside Australia.
The Foundation Program is delivered through Systeme.io, operated by ITACWT Limited in Ireland. Systeme.io states that its data is hosted through Amazon Web Services in Ireland and remains within the European Union.
Our public website is hosted using GitHub Pages. GitHub may process limited technical information, including visitor IP addresses, through its international infrastructure for hosting and security purposes.
Our website currently uses Google Fonts. When a font is requested, Google may receive limited technical information such as the visitor’s IP address, requested URL and browser information. Google states that Google Fonts does not set cookies or use information collected through font requests for targeted advertising.
The countries involved may change according to a provider’s infrastructure and subcontractors. We will update this policy when our material providers or processing arrangements change.
11. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from:
- misuse;
- interference;
- loss;
- unauthorised access;
- modification; and
- disclosure.
These steps may include access controls, password protection, reputable service providers, software updates, backups and limited internal access.
No website, email system or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Parents and carers are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential and should not share their password with others.
